Problem: Every smart home device has its own app. Weather, thermostat, lights, energy monitor, switches—five apps to control one house. None of them talk to each other.
Solution: A unified dashboard built for our own home. 5-tab layout pulling weather, HVAC, lighting, energy, and switches into one screen. Voice commands via Whisper, MQTT connectivity, and a modular shell architecture so new device integrations can be added on request.
